New Hire Orientation

  • At Headquarters, attend Orientation Live
  • In US Dial in to benefits orientation, then listen to functional recordings.
  • For remote, connect with HR field person then listen to functional recordings

Team member shadowing - spend a couple of days on the road with a colleague listening to the pitch and the response to questions. This is a listening exercise, you are not selling

On day when not shadowing you will complete online Basics of WebEx Training Center and Scheduling WebEx Training Center Sessions courses (3 hours total)

WiSE training scheduled for this week. In person where possible, otherwise Web based certification will be used (Web is 15 hours).

SE must be WiSE certified and must pass the virtual lab case scenarios to move to Week #3 - signed off & determined by Manager for their file (ISO competence)

Manager shadowing: SE starts going on sales calls and leading the meetings with the sales person and with the SE manager shadowing them to assist and provide feedback and fill in gaps after each meeting. This shaodwing will last for as many days this week as it takes for manager to feel comfortable that they are prepared
